Alessi White Wine Vinegar is made from fine white wines from the Veneto region of Northern Italy. The quality and flavor of the finished vinegar reflect the type of liquid initially used. That is why we use only the highest quality wines from which we obtain our premium wine vinegars. The taste of this vinegar can best be described as crisp, clean and light.
