The farms that produce our salmon are 4-star rated under the Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) certification program that grades for 1) feed suppliers, 2) fish mariculture, 3) grow-out practice environment & 4) processing plant design. Our jerky is produced in our plant under the Global Food Safety Initiative Certification Program using FDA guidelines.
